Tentacular Ecologies. Interspecies Co-Creation in the Chthulucene: A Set of Transmedia Installations is a practice-based Ph.D. project that explores human and non-human entanglements and collaborations, through an experimental artistic practice at the intersection of Art, Science, and Technology, using hybrid media. Our investigation develops a critique on the aesthetics of nature, by exploring ideas such as "still-life", "interstitial spaces", "weeds", "witches", "flora", among others. The work is informed by a theoretical post-anthropocentric framework, which offers conceptual tools to further develop our creative processes such as the idea of tentacular, kinship, and Chthulucene.
